A HUGE congratulations to my military sellers on officially closing on their home! 🏡🔑

This one came with some challenges. Before we started working together, my sellers had received some bad information from a previous lender that left them believing their margins on the sale were going to be incredibly tight. What they hoped to walk away with seemed almost unachievable.

But they listened, trusted me, and trusted the strategy.

We prepared the home, positioned it for the market, and when it went live... we ended up in a bidding war! 🙌

In the end, we accomplished what they weren't sure was even possible: fantastic terms AND they walked away with a substantial profit from the sale of their home. 🎉

And I love the other side of this story, too. The buyers are a retiring military family who were looking for a home with the space they needed for their five kids. My sellers were able to move forward to their next chapter, while another military family gets to begin theirs in a great home.

Sometimes the best transactions truly are a WIN/WIN for everyone involved. 💙🇺🇸

Another one CLOSED, and this one deserves a BIG shoutout! 🏡🔑

Congratulations to my seller on officially closing this chapter and moving on to her next one! I couldn't be happier for her.
This closing feels especially rewarding because before listing, my seller interviewed multiple REALTORS®. Ultimately, she chose me because I was honest with her about the market, what I believed we needed to do, and the strategy I recommended. She trusted me, she trusted the strategy, and it paid off in a BIG way.

We ended up with another bidding war, and the offer she accepted came with fabulous terms. It was a huge win for my seller and another reminder that how you prepare, position, and market a home matters! 🙌
And can we talk about this timeline?! The buyer used an Alaska Housing loan, and we CLOSED IN 26 DAYS! 🤯 That deserves a HUGE shoutout to Ian Fryer, the lender on this transaction, because he seriously HUSTLED. 👏 He stayed on top of everything and helped get us across the finish line in a timeframe that is honestly kind of mind-blowing.

Today, I'm especially thankful for a seller who trusted me to give her honest advice, advocate for her, and execute a strategy that ultimately delivered an incredible result. 💙

Around here, we know who REALLY runs the house... and it usually isn't the person paying the mortgage. 😂🏡

Whether they're supervising home projects, inspecting every new box that comes through the door, claiming the best spot on the couch, or making absolutely certain the backyard meets their very specific standards, our dogs have a way of turning a house into home. 🐶❤️

Today is for the four-legged family members who greet us like we've been gone for a year when it was really 20 minutes, follow us from room to room, and somehow manage to take up 75% of the bed despite being significantly smaller than we are.

From Italy ➡️ Alaska... and now finally HOME! 🏡🇮🇹✈️🇺🇸

A huge congratulations to my military buyers who have officially arrived in Alaska and are beginning to move into the home they purchased completely sight unseen!

PCS moves already come with plenty of moving pieces, but purchasing a home from another country adds an entirely different layer. Different time zones, virtual showings, lots of communication, and a whole lot of trust went into making this one happen.

These buyers came to me through a referral from a past client, which is truly one of the greatest compliments I can receive. When someone trusts me enough to send their friends, coworkers, or fellow military families my way, I don't take that responsibility lightly.

My job was to be their eyes and ears on the ground in Alaska, give them the information they needed to make confident decisions, and help make their transition from Italy to their new duty station as smooth as possible.

And now, after all those virtual conversations and seeing their new home through a screen, they're finally here, holding the keys and moving in! 🔑🏡

I'm a little behind on posting this one... but if you know me, life has been wonderfully busy lately! 😊

A huge congratulations to my amazing military sellers on the successful closing of their home! 🎉🏡

One of the smartest decisions they made was reaching out to me more than six months before they planned to sell. That gave us time to create a strategy, prioritize improvements, and position their home to sell for top dollar. Their preparation paid off!

To make things even more challenging, they had to PCS to their next duty station before closing. Selling a home from across the country can be stressful, but they shared that I made the entire process "beyond smooth." Hearing that is one of the greatest compliments I can receive.

Then, just before closing, an unexpected emergency left the cooperating REALTOR® unavailable. I stepped in to assist with the buyer's final walk through and stayed on top of every detail to help keep the transaction moving forward smoothly for everyone involved. That's what professionalism and teamwork are all about.

After closing, my sellers told me how grateful they were that I was representing them. Knowing my clients feel supported and protected throughout such a major life transition means everything to me.

Congratulations to my amazing seller on going under contract in just 3 days! When preparation meets strategy, great things happen. She trusted my guidance every step of the way, listened to the process, and together we achieved an outstanding result.

I'm so excited for the future buyers who will soon get to call this hidden gem home, but I'm even more thrilled for my seller as she begins her next chapter.

One of my favorite moments during this transaction wasn't just negotiating multiple offers. It was hearing my seller tell me that before working with me, she hadn't had good experiences with REALTORS®. By the end of this journey, she told me I'd changed her mind... at least about one REALTOR. 😂

Life has been a little hectic lately, so I'm a bit behind on sharing some exciting news!
