The Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center (AWCC) is a non-profit sanctuary dedicated to preserving Alaska’s wildlife through conservation, education, research, and quality animal care. We have been able to provide care for hundreds of displaced animals because visitors like you have made critical contributions in the form of admission fees, donations, memberships, and purchases at the gift shop. Our final local featured artist for Summer Solstice Songs is Tyler Alaska of Jam Til It's Jelly.

Armed with a ukulele, a love of music, and an infectious sense of fun, Tyler brings a performance style that is equal parts entertaining, engaging, and unforgettable. Whether he's putting a unique spin on familiar favorites or sharing original music, Tyler has a gift for connecting with audiences and creating moments that leave people smiling.

We're thrilled to welcome him as the final local artist in this year's lineup, rounding out a diverse collection of musicians who will be bringing music to every corner of the Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center on the longest day of the year.

We're excited to introduce another artist joining us for Summer Solstice Songs: Taran J. Hook of Jolly Shore Leave.

Drawing inspiration from maritime traditions, folk storytelling, and acoustic music, Taran's performances capture the spirit of adventure, travel, and life along the water. Whether performing beloved sea shanties, folk favorites, or original works, he brings warmth, humor, and a sense of connection that invites audiences to sing along and join the journey.

We're delighted to introduce another artist joining us for Summer Solstice Songs at AWCC: Jing Xi Kang (CC) Jingxi Guzheng.

New to Alaska, CC brings the beautiful sounds of the guzheng (古筝), a traditional Chinese string instrument with a history spanning more than 2,000 years. Known for its flowing melodies and expressive tones, the guzheng creates music that is both powerful and peaceful, evoking images of nature, movement, and reflection.

Set against the backdrop of Alaska's wildlife and the longest day of the year, CC's performance promises to be a truly unique experience that blends cultural tradition with the natural beauty of the Last Frontier.

We're honored to welcome Plumes as the featured artist for Summer Solstice Songs at the Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center.

Traveling all the way from Paris, France, Plumes has captivated millions of followers around the world with his unique blend of music, nature, and storytelling. Known for his pink guitar and creating unforgettable performances in extraordinary places, he has inspired audiences across continents to slow down, listen, and connect with the world around them.

Now, he's bringing that same magic to Alaska.
