Student Veterans of UAA Yesterday's Warriors. Today's Scholars. Tomorrow's Leaders. Purpose:
Student Veterans of UAA (SVUAA) was founded on October 25, 2010.

SVUAA’ purpose is to exist as a meeting place for all military veterans, active duty military, veteran or active military dependents, and any students interested in supporting veterans on UAA campus and in the Anchorage, Alaska community. SVUAA is the Anchorage chapter of Student Veterans of America, a national organization of campus groups dedicated to improving the college experience of student

veterans. We are here to help student veterans become successful in their college education and future careers.

General information

Meetings: 10-11:30pm, every 1st & 3rd Tuesday morning of each month. There will not be club meetings during finals week. Meeting location will be at the UAA Student Union, Leadership Lab, Rm 206 and it will also be published on our page, UAA Life club page, and an email will be sent out to all club members.
