Effective April 24th, 2026 AMEAs bi-weekly dues will increase to $25. If the merger between AMEA & ASEA is approved on March 4th 2026, then between 2027-2029 members dues will either be the flat rate set by the board OR the ASEA dues calculation. NOTE: members will pay whichever is the lesser of the two options.

Treat stations are open: 7-9am & 4-6pm
**Pro-Tip: bring a bag and/or ziplock baggies to put your goodies in so they don’t get mushed in your bag for the rest of your journey!!
For those who have joined our 100miles in May team, these miles will count!! So don’t forget to log them!!

The Anchorage Activity Allstars invite you to join the 100 Miles in May Challenge! The goal is to keep everyone active and social!! Try to reach 100 miles during the month of May doing all kinds of activities that are converted to miles and invite your friends to do the same!! Support the Healthy Futures program with this fundraiser and be entered to win cool prizes!!
Please Join AMEAs group: AMEA Local 16 & start tracking your miles to help our group hit 100 miles in May!! Remember all activity counts, not just for athletes!!

Union Brothers & Sisters the Anchorage Health Department teamed up to hold their first-ever Anchorage Bike Rodeo at Chanshtnu Muldoon Park!! Bring your kids and their bikes and join them for a full day of fun and learning this Saturday May 6th!!
Kids will learn what they need to know to cycle safely in our community, including getting their helmets and bikes fit, the rules of the road, using hand signals and much much more!!
The day will also include food trucks, prizes, free helmets for kids who need one and a chance to win a new bike!! This is the perfect opportunity for kids to try new skills in an encouraging enviroment with feedback from the pros! So bring the family, a bike and a helmet, and together we can build a safer cycling community for tomorrow!!
When: Saturday, May 6th
Time: 1-4pm
Cost: Free
