For over 100 years, the Anchorage Chamber has served as a resource where its members can gain business knowledge, insight and strength as business professionals. Established in 1915, due to the growth of the construction industry at the time and need for infrastructure, the Anchorage Chamber has represented a greater need for workforce representation in Anchorage.

A heartfelt thank you to TOTE Maritime for their continued dedication to the Military Appreciation Picnic. Each year, their team partners with Weaver Brothers Inc. to help transport and pick up food for the event, ensuring everything arrives safely and stays refrigerated on-site throughout the day.

We would also like to recognize Alisons Relocations, Inc. for coordinating the donation of the accessibility ramp, helping move all of the picnic supplies in and out of the truck easily during the event.

The Military Appreciation Picnic is only possible because of the generosity and commitment of community partners like these! We are incredibly grateful for their ongoing support and the many ways they help make this event a success each year. 👏

The 2026 Military Appreciation Picnic was a celebration of community, gratitude, and service. 🇺🇸

Thanks to the incredible support of our sponsors, volunteers, and community partners, thousands of military members and their families were able to enjoy a day dedicated to recognizing their service and sacrifice.

This event would not be possible without the generous sponsors who support not only the Military Appreciation Picnic but also the annual Bowl-A-Thon that directly supports this event.

To our volunteers, sponsors, and partners: thank you for your dedication, generosity, and countless hours of support. To the service members and military families we were honored to host, thank you for your service, sacrifice, and commitment to our nation.
