Well today was Q-Flow issue day!)
All texting and kiosk capability has been restored.
Please use remote activation texting option if you are away from the MDG. If you are in the lobby please use KIOSK! (In house waiters are prioritized!!!!)

Pharmacy Update: The team has been in overdrive and doing an amazing job

Satellite: IF your refills were supposed to be done tomorrow morning, give us until the afternoon and they will be done!
- Team is working tonight and early tomorrow so we can put this week in the “rear view mirror”
- IF your prescriptions were supposed to ready any day earlier this week come PICK THEM UP… space is filling up😉

Main pharmacy: we are fully operational, and are overflowing with medications ready for pickup!!

***Reminder next week training day shifted to May 25….this is the Wing Exercise and services will be limited***

The system outage did cause some data loss affecting called in refills - we are working to retrieve the data. If you still have meds left please wait a few more days before picking up at the Satellite

Filling software is up - we are working thru patients who checked in yesterday as well as today's patients.

If checked in yesterday & not urgent, please come to pick up in a few days (as it will be busy the next few days). It will take a FEW HOURS to get things back on track. Pls refrain from calling to check on status as that will slow things down for everyone. Thank you for your understanding

All pharmacies at JBER (including Ft Rich) are currently experiencing computer issues. We are unable to process meds. If you have urgent/emergent meds please take your prescriptions offbase

Meds that have been activated through pharmacy prior to Tuesday are available for pick up

When calling in a refill & you get a message that your prescription "is on hold" that means you have a new Rx for the same medication on file ➡️ text-to-activate (for on-base provider) or contact Satellite 🛒 Pharmacy (off-base provider) to get that med filled
