Here we go Alaska
My answer to state Senator Bill Wielechowski on his mesaging to his Democrat consitutents.
"The typical Democrat feeling. Spend our money without any thought about the ramifications of your decisions. As I said to Murkowski, where are the surveys, the investigations, and the transparency of the breakdown and fraud on the 66,000 Alaskans on FOOD STAMPS. What have you or anyone in the legislature done to report to the public the issue you so dearly espouse? We do not want to hear “it’s about the children.” An investigation by private entities has reported 43% of the 42 million on SNAP are noncitizens (illegal aliens). How many in Alaska from the reported 10-15000 illegals? Do your homework instead of campaigning.

SNAP food benefits could restart as early as Wednesday, Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent said Sunday.

Do you vote for liberal manipulators?

One thing smart people know through deductive argument. If the Democrat National Committee and Democrat politicians in Washington are liars, corrupting, deceitful, and subversive, then it goes to saying that the Alaska Democrat Party and its legislators, and local Assembly members are as well. Beware of those who claim they are campaigning as nonpartisan, because they are not. Actions speak louder than their words, hypocrisy?

Ask these questions, followed by why?
1. Do you support illegal aliens (migrants) in Anchorage, Alaska?
2. Do you support a sales tax?
3. Do you support increasing the fuel tax in Anchorage that started in 2018 and increased in 2023.
4. Do you support your colleagues cutting into your PFD?
5. Do you support demolishing the PFD?
6. Who is your favorite and most productive modern President?
7. Do you support PUBLIC employee Unions? Emphasize, PUBLIC only. (Police, teachers, fire, Anchorage and state employees.
8. Do you support teaching or expressing your political views about transgenderism to children under 16?
9. Do you believe in equity, or equality?
10. In three words, what is your motto for Anchorage/

Why are they afraid to associate themselves with the Democrat Party? Answer: they are principally challenged and unvirtuous, that is they lack moral excellence, are immoral, and are wicked. They hide their true convictions in order to deceive you for a vote.

Weak, uneducated, or maybe naïve voters, vote for people like this. Do not show them who they think you are.

I agree, but for who’s benefit? Surly not for the people of Alaska, cutting the PFD and paying for out-of-state workers.

The oil industry’s investment in the North Slope is reaching for a new record, according to a recently released report.

Alaska can expect $22 billion in planned oil and gas industry investment between 2025 and 2030, according to a petroleum economics study by Anchorage-based McKinley Research. The work was commissioned by the Alaska Oil and Gas Association and presented at the association’s annual conference held recently.

“The total includes the new oil fields now under construction by Santos, Ltd. and Repsol, the Pikka field, and ConocoPhillips at Willow. It includes new projects in producing fields on the North Slope owned and operated by Hilcorp Energy, and new projects in the Kuparuk River and Alpine fields by ConocoPhillips,” Tim Bradner writes in his latest issue of the Alaska Economic Report. “The McKinley Research analysis doesn’t break down planned investments by companies or fields but it does indicate a fairly steady pace of new investment of approximately $4 billion a year from 2025 to 2030.”

Not included in the McKinley Research work are annual capital spending, including $750 million Hilcorp told state legislators earlier this year and about $1 billion ConocoPhillips has said it will spend in projects in addition to its large investment in Willow.

Here are some more numbers from the McKinley report.

There have been a few posts on social media about who ran this event and the media blackout. My response should clear this up so our Left does not make this into a “told you so” moment.
Hi all! For transparency, I also attended, as did many others, to offer well wishes. The auditorium was nearly packed.
Yes, a prohibited record and video statement were released by the new TPUSA club, featuring an inexperienced college student.
They appeared not to know much about what goes into organizing an event of this magnitude, particularly amid controversy from the Left.
I believe the statement was partially misunderstood. There were lots of media outlets. Legacy media, that is.
The statement is cautionary, and any public media coverage may subject the company or individuals to litigation.
This was a solemn memorial event, and I did not want the mass media to turn it into a political slant or commentary.
The new campus club was partially assisted by some Republican volunteers who were experienced in organizing significant events like this. It was not a political issue, and other political parties would not even care.
I want to thank them for their support in helping these young, inexperienced adults on our college campuses become part of the conversation.
A picture to illustrate attendance without any political implications.
