The Alaska National Guard Enlisted Association (ANGEA) was proud to be represented at the 2026 EANGUS State Presidents & Legislative Workshop in Washington, D.C. 🏛️

MSgt Matthew King, VP Air, represented Alaska with professionalism and purpose engaging directly on Capitol Hill, participating in legislative briefings, and collaborating with senior enlisted leaders from across the nation.

This workshop focused on one mission: strengthening advocacy for our enlisted National Guard members. From meeting with congressional representatives to contributing to key discussions, Alaska’s voice was heard loud and clear. 💼🔥

These engagements drive real impact supporting our Soldiers and Airmen, improving benefits, and shaping the future of the National Guard.

Alaska showed up. Alaska spoke up. And Alaska continues to lead. ❄️💪

The 2026 Alaska Army & Air National Guard Joint Ball, brought together an incredible community of Soldiers, Airmen, families, and supporters for a night filled with pride, tradition, and connection. 🇺🇸

From sharp uniforms to elegant gowns, the evening was a powerful reminder of the strength behind our formation, the people who serve and the families who stand beside them.

🔥2025 ANGEA State Conference🔥

Nov 6th at the Arctic Warrior Events Center (JBER) we brought Alaska’s enlisted voice together under one roof.

Soldiers. Airmen. Leaders. Future leaders.

We packed the day with powerful professional development, engaged discussions, real mentorship, and a business meeting that moved the association forward.

We also executed elections for 2025 leadership positions, and continuing the legacy of enlisted involvement by enlisted members.
This is what “membership matters” actually looks like.

Thank you to every attendee who showed up, leaned in, and invested in themselves and in the enlisted force of Alaska.
And thank you to our corporate partners, your support makes impact real and not theoretical.

This is more than a conference.
It’s where the enlisted voice is sharpened and where tomorrow’s NCO leaders get built today.
