Doctors said this year’s flu season could be shaping up to be one of the worst in recent memory, and the next two weeks may show just how bad it gets.

This year's flu strain is hitting Alaskans hard. Flu A & B are spiking, along with rising levels of COVID and RSV. Local hospitals are reporting higher levels of patients being hospitalized with the flu this season, with at least 3 reported fatalities related to the flu. If you haven't yet received the updated flu or covid shots, it's not too late! Every layer of protection matters. Mask up 😷 to protect yourself and your loved ones.
