Congratulations to Hoosier Wildlife Rescue and Rehabilitation, recipient of a spring Community Impact grant. Hoosier Wildlife Rescue & Rehabilitation is committed to helping injured, orphaned, and sick wildlife native to Indiana. Their core service is to provide state-licensed care to these animals with the goal of releasing them back into the wild via our wildlife rehabilitators. This includes but is not limited to providing veterinary care, housing, and raising orphaned babies and juveniles. They are also committed to promoting healthy human-wildlife relationships via educational programs for schools, events, and community outreach initiatives.

Impact Madison grants are made possible through unrestricted giving from generous donors. The Impact Madison Fund is a permanent fund that helps Madison County Community Foundation meet emerging local needs through strategic grantmaking to our nonprofit partners. Grants from this fund reflect Madison County’s unique people, issues, and ideas. The Impact Madison Fund helps us support long-term solutions, respond quickly to emergencies, and meet the changing social, cultural, and educational needs our community faces.
