Schools thought children would learn to read by just being surrounded by words and books. They didn’t.

Schools thought children would embrace and enjoy math if they were just given more opportunities to “discover” it on their own. They didn’t.

Schools thought children would become better equipped citizens of the United States if they were just given plenty of opportunities to “use their voices to be agents of change”. They didn’t.

For too long, schools have failed to explicitly and effectively teach the very basic concepts and knowledge that children need to become well-educated, virtuous citizens. Schools have relied on “progressive” education trends and the belief that children learn through groovy osmosis rather than good instruction.

The result is a generation that lacks critical literacy and numeracy skills, has a very distorted and negative view of the United States, and is more interested in being seen and heard than being accurately informed.

This is a clarion call for real reform in k-12 education. It will require parents, teachers, and school leaders understanding what’s at stake and caring enough to do the hard (unpopular?) things to make it right. I sincerely hope that everyone involved answers the call.

FINALLY!! My district didn't need this ruling, unfortunately 99% of other school districts across Shasta County do. 4 years ago we knew this 10 year old policy was unconstitutional on its face.

Using trans activists, woke school counselors, sleeping parents, Superintendent of County Schools- Judy Flores, and 2021 county board members, ct a California teacher union promulgated secret transitions of children throughout CA and Shasta County by denying and then defending 5145.3's existence.

Ask your school district to see their version of Administrative Regulation 5145.3. If secrets are involved ask them to change it.

U.S. District Court Judge Roger Benitez has ruled that California’s Parental Exclusion Policies are UNCONSTITUTIONAL, issuing a class-wide permanent injunction in the Thomas More Society case Mirabelli v. Olson.

This first-of-its-kind, precedent-setting decision permanently blocks California Attorney General Rob Bonta and the California Department of Education from forcing teachers to lie to parents about their own children’s secret gender transitions.

The court was crystal clear:

Parents have a constitutional right to know what is happening with their children.
Teachers have a constitutional right to tell the truth.

Before the ruling, state policy mandated that parents be kept in the dark.

Schools across California were actively helping children socially transition—using new names, pronouns, and identities, behind their parents’ backs.

That ends today.

No more state-sanctioned secrecy.
No more cutting parents out of their own children’s lives.
No more government schools hiding the truth.

What a powerful gift this week of Christmas.

AB 495 was signed into law and now exposes every public school child to abduction.
Parents, while we’re fighting to end this here’s your action plan.
1- Photocopy the Emergency card you submitted to your school.
2- Keep multiple copies.
3- Send a certified letter notifying the school district superintendent, your school principal and secretary that no one other than your designated people should remove your child from school.
4- Make an appointment to speak to your principal, hand them another copy of your letter and video this appointment.
5- Inform the school that your personal attorney has a copy and you are prepared to hold them accountable for any violations of your explicit instructions.
6- Share your plan with other parents, neighbors, community members and school staff.

I'll be honest, it was too hard for me to watch the whole thing. I had 4 children in public schools during the lockdowns. But the story has to be told to those who don't know all the devastating and ongoing fallout of school closures. Please
watch and share. And be sure to thank your CA and National teachers unions for the horror they perpetuated by holding our children hostage.
