Medshore Ambulance is proud to announce that Josh Shore, Vice President of Strategic Projects and Governmental Affairs, has graduated as a member of the Leadership South Carolina Class of 2026, a statewide leadership program that brings together accomplished professionals from across South Carolina to explore the state’s challenges, opportunities and future. Leadership South Carolina’s Class of 2026 also completed its statewide “Tree to Table” service initiative, raising $62,500 to support food assistance programs across all 16 technical colleges in South Carolina.

“Leadership South Carolina was an incredible opportunity to learn alongside leaders from across our state and gain a broader perspective on the issues shaping South Carolina’s future,” said Josh Shore. “I’m honored to represent Medshore Ambulance through this experience, and I look forward to applying what I’ve learned to continue serving our communities and strengthening emergency medical services across the region.”

“Josh’s graduation from Leadership South Carolina reflects his deep commitment to service, leadership and the communities Medshore Ambulance is privileged to serve,” said David Abrams, Regional President of Priority Ambulance. “We are proud of Josh for this accomplishment and confident that the knowledge, relationships and perspective he gained through the program will continue to benefit our organization, our partners and the patients who depend on us every day.”

Josh Shore’s participation in Leadership South Carolina also reflects the broader commitment shared by Medshore Ambulance and Priority Ambulance to invest in training, leadership development, and educational opportunities for employees. Priority OnDemand is proud to join EMS agencies, healthcare partners, and communities across the country in celebrating National EMS Week, May 17-23, 2026. This year’s national theme, “Improving Outcomes, Together,” recognizes the essential role emergency medical services professionals play in delivering lifesaving care, strengthening public health, and working collaboratively across the healthcare continuum.

For Priority OnDemand, the theme reflects both the company’s mission and the people who make that mission possible every day. Across the Priority Ambulance family of companies, EMTs, paramedics, nurses, dispatchers, fleet teams, educators, support staff, and leaders work together to provide responsive, compassionate, and clinically focused care to patients and communities nationwide.

“EMS Week gives us an important opportunity to pause and thank the people who define who we are,” said Bryan Gibson, CEO of Priority OnDemand. “To our field crews, dispatch teams, support teams, and leaders across the country, your work matters. Every call answered, every patient cared for, every vehicle maintained, every dispatch coordinated, and every team member supported has helped bring this company to where it is today. Our continued growth is a direct reflection of your dedication, professionalism, and commitment to serving others. I am incredibly proud of what we have built together, and I am even more excited about what is ahead for our company and for the future of EMS.”
