🚛 What’s That White Truck Doing? 👀
If you see our white utility truck parked near a manhole with some wires going underground — don’t worry! That’s our Collections Team hard at work. We’re using CCTV (closed-circuit TV) cameras to inspect the inside of our sewer lines. 🎥💧

This helps us identify issues like cracks, blockages, or other damage so we can prioritize repairs or replacements — keeping your sewer system flowing safely and efficiently! 💪👷‍♂️

Thanks for your patience if you see us working in your area!

❄️ Cold weather is Here! Protect Your Pipes and Save Water ❄️
Cold weather can lead to frozen or burst pipes, causing costly repairs and water loss. Follow these simple tips to protect your home this winter:
💧 Insulate Exposed Pipes: Wrap pipes in unheated areas like attics, basements, and crawl spaces.
💧 Let Faucets Drip: During freezing temps, a slow drip keeps water moving and prevents freezing.
💧 Open Cabinet Doors: Let warm air circulate around plumbing under sinks.
💧 Disconnect Hoses: Remove outdoor hoses and shut off exterior faucets to prevent freezing.
💧 Locate Your Shut-Off Valve: Know where it is in case of an emergency!

❄️🥶 Protect Your Water Lines This Winter! 🏠🚰
As temperatures drop, it’s time to safeguard your water lines from freezing and bursting! Here’s how to stay ahead of the cold:
✅ Insulate Exposed Pipes – Use foam pipe insulation or even a towel to wrap outdoor or vulnerable pipes.
✅ Drip Your Faucets – Letting water trickle through keeps it moving and less likely to freeze.
✅ Open Cabinet Doors – Allow warm air to circulate around pipes under sinks, especially on exterior walls.
✅ Disconnect Hoses – Drain and store garden hoses, and close outdoor water valves if possible.
✅ Seal Drafts – Check for and seal any gaps near pipes, especially around windows and doors.
If your pipes freeze, don’t panic! Use a safe heating method like a hairdryer or space heater to thaw them. Never use an open flame.
Stay warm, stay safe, and keep the water flowing this winter!

Don’t Let Thanksgiving Grease Turn Into Plumbing Grief!
Thanksgiving feasts mean delicious meals, but when it’s cleanup time, remember this golden rule: NO GREASE DOWN THE DRAIN!
Pouring grease, fats, and oils from turkey drippings, gravy, and more down your sink can lead to:
Clogged Pipes – Grease solidifies and blocks your plumbing.
Sewer Backups – Fat and grease buildup cause costly and messy issues in sewer systems.
Instead, Try This:
Let grease cool and solidify.
Scrape it into a container and dispose of it in the trash.
Wipe greasy pans with a paper towel before washing.
Let’s keep our pipes clear and our sewer systems happy this holiday season!
