🚗✨ Engines, community, and purpose all came together at the 2nd Annual InspireAbilities Car Show in Anderson! With more than 80 incredible cars on display, this event continues to grow as their biggest fundraiser of the year.

Every dollar raised helps support 264 local residents with disabilities through life-changing programs focused on housing, employment opportunities, and independent living. ❤️

A huge thank you to everyone who brought out their cars, attended, volunteered, and supported this amazing cause. Together, we’re helping drive opportunities forward for our community.

As a part of the 2026 Annual Meeting of the Anderson Area Chamber of Commerce, the community celebrates 200 years of Anderson County, including the unveiling of the new General’s Road marker at the corner of Whitner and Main Streets in Downtown Anderson.

The business community and public enjoyed an evening of festivity, networking, and community celebration outside the beautiful Anderson County Historic Courthouse.

We look forward to continuing to celebrate Anderson County’s rich history and bright future throughout the bicentennial year.

🚧 SCDOT will hold a public open house to discuss proposed road safety improvements along a 4.3-mile section of SC Hwy. 28 in Anderson County, between Highway 28 South and Camellia Drive.
