Handwashing Importance
With cold and flu season upon us, we asked some of our talented students and wonderful health aide to demonstrate the do's and don'ts of handwashing. All of our student body will be viewing this today as a reminder to be diligent with their health!

Just a little something whipped up in STEM class. Madeline McCall was one of the builders who is doing the voice controls.

Gracie Brown is Awesome!!
Please ignore the quality of the video and Appreciate the Quality of the Voice!!! Gracie was Aces!!!

Deep breathing is one of the best ways to lower stress in the body. When you breathe deeply and slowly, it sends a message to your brain and parasympathetic nervous system that it is time to relax. This can help both you and your child lower anxiety levels, relieve stress, and even fall asleep faster! Try the 4, 7, 8 method: breathe in for a count of 4, hold for a count of 7, and breathe out for a count of 8. Repeat this until you feel your mind and body start to calm down.
From left to right: 8th Grader Diana Sanchez got 3rd place!
7th Grader Evie Adams got 2nd place!
6th Grader Fallon Freeman got 1st place!
If you paid online OR in person and had a cost of more than $20 (e.g. $21.55 with tax) a refund should have been processed to your account as we are not taxed. Please let [email protected] know if you have questions or there has been an issue and she will contact the AMS representative.
