When Ryker and Rowdy first arrived at the shelter with their two other brothers, they were terrified of the world around them. Every new sound, person, and experience felt scary and overwhelming. Since then, their two brothers have found homes, and these boys have worked so hard to come out of their shells.

Now at 6 months old, Ryker and Rowdy are everything a puppy should be—playful, loving, smart, confident, and full of life. They love other dogs, enjoy meeting people, walk well on a leash, and are eager to learn. They both recently went on a stroll through downtown Greenville and did wonderful out and about meeting new people.

Watching them grow from fearful puppies into happy, outgoing boys has been incredible but it's time for them to join families of their own. They've already spent nearly a month and a half growing up in a shelter kennel, and they deserve so much more than that.

Please help us find Ryker and Rowdy the loving homes they've been waiting for. Whether adopted together or separately, it's time for these boys to start the next chapter of their lives.

🤠 Sheriff is ready to turn in his badge.

At around 2 years old and 50 lbs, Sheriff is neutered, up to date on vaccines, heartworm treated, and ready to ride off into the sunset with his forever family. He loves adventures, loves to play, loves other dogs, and honestly just loves life.

Unfortunately, shelter life is taking a cruel toll on him. The kennel leaves him stressed, overwhelmed, and struggling to relax at all. But the moment he's out of that kennel? Total rockstar. Happy, goofy, social, and full of love.

Sheriff has served his time behind bars long enough. It's time for this sweet boy to be pardoned and find a home of his own.

Come meet Sheriff and help us get this good boy out of jail and into a family where he belongs. ❤️

🧺 We have a new item to add to our wish list!

Due to a change in our laundry system, we are now using laundry pods and would greatly appreciate donations. Any brand is welcome.

With so many blankets, towels, stuffed animals, and laundry loads going through the shelter every day, these donations help us keep our animals clean, comfortable, and healthy.

Donations can be dropped off at the shelter or shipped directly to us through our Amazon Wishlist ➡ https://www.amazon.com/hz/wishlist/ls/65ETH48LACPO/ref=hz_ls_biz_ex

Rye is truly the kind of dog that makes you wonder how he hasn't been adopted yet. 🐾

Rye is a 3-year-old Retriever mix who was surrendered by his owner for euthanasia. But when our staff met him, they knew his story couldn't end there. He was given a second chance, and now he's waiting for someone to give him the life he deserves.

At 45 pounds, Rye is neutered, heartworm negative, up to date on vaccines, and wonderful with other dogs. He loves water, has the gentlest play style, and is one of the sweetest souls you'll ever meet. He's a little shy at first, but it doesn't take long before he's wagging his tail and asking to be your best friend.

After more than 60 days in the shelter, the kennel environment is really starting to take a toll on him. After already being let down once, we would love nothing more than to see Rye finally get the happy ending he deserves.

Please share and help us find Rye a home. ❤️

It's hard to believe Haiku is still here. 💔

This sweet girl is only around 2 years old and has now spent over 120 days in the shelter. What should be some of the best months of her life have been spent waiting in a kennel, and it's really taking a toll on her.

Haiku is one of those dogs who makes friends wherever she goes. She's great with other dogs, does well with kids, and is actually one of our helper dogs in playgroup because of how social and appropriate she is with other dogs. She's playful, smart, and loves to stay active, but she's also happy to settle down and snuggle up with her people afterward.

She can be a little unsure when meeting someone new, but give her a few minutes and you'll see just how sweet she really is.

Haiku deserves more than another day in a kennel. She deserves a couch, a family, adventures, and a place to call home.

Please share her story and help us find the person she's been waiting for. 🐾
