This looks exciting!! Can’t wait for the warmer weather.

It was time for an upgrade! Anderson River Park now has 4 new Pickleball Courts to enjoy. Not only did we create new pickleball courts, the tennis courts and basketball courts have also been resurfaced, freshly painted and are ready to be played on.

If you'd like to enjoy the courts when it's dark, there are court lights for your use. Check out the picture below to see where those light timers are located.

Salary & Benefits
$40.59 - $54.40 hourly
with a potential top step of $61.20 Hr.

Vacation: 80-160 D.O.Q.
Holidays: 14 annually
Sick Leave: 8 Hrs A Month
Retirement: PEPRA 2.7% @ 57
Classic 3% @ 55
Medical: City Covers 93.3%
Incentive Pay:
POST Intermediate: 2.5%
POST Advanced: 2.5%
5% Specialty Pay for:
FTO, Detectives, SWAT, K-9, POP, DTAC, Range, OIC, Traffic.
Retention Pay: Up to 7.5%
Longevity Pay: 5%
6% pay increase through 2025

Requirements
Possess California POST-Basic Certificate or minimum 1 year of law enforcement experience.
Minimum age of 21 years at the time of appointment.
No felony convictions.
Shall be a citizen of the United States or Permanent Resident Alien who is eligible for and has citizenship.
Possess a valid California Class C Driver's License or the ability to obtain one within ten days of appointment.

Our new site has several useful new tools that we are excited to share with you. The new crime mapping software will be updated daily. As well as our new SNAP program for special needs community members.

Food Trucks will be ready to serve at 3:30 pm
Kids Activities from 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Live Christmas Music Performances 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Parade will be kicked off by our First Responders at 5:30 pm
Make sure you stick around for a special surprise!

We have a new addition to the parade this year, we brought in bleachers to provide ample seating for the show. You are welcome to bring your own chairs as well.
