The Landing Your Story Matters

The Landing is a teen recovery group for ages 13-19. The Landing is a Christ-centered recovery group.

The Landing’s purpose is to make a positive difference in the lives of teens by allowing teens to be transparent about their life issues. The Landing will provide a safe place for teens to meet in order to recover from their hurts, habits and hang-ups. The Landing is a place where teens can find hope and healing for their lives. The Landing will strive to accommodate youth ages 13-19. The model wi

ll be from Celebrate Recovery, in which we focus on the 12 steps and 8 principles of recovery. There will be a large group component with worship/praise music and a testimony or teaching lesson over the steps/principles, followed by a small group, gender-specific, open share component. We will provide a meal and fellowship time to the teens as well.

It is with great sadness and heartache, that we have to announce the closing of the Anderson Landing location, at least for the time being. We have put over three and a half years into helping teens in the local area, and are so grateful for the amazing recovery and stories of change we have seen in those years. The Lord has truly blessed us with some amazing teenagers who've come through these doors.

We would love to re-open in the future if the Lord allows. We would need a strong, faithful leadership team, and a location to hold the weekly meetings.

Please be in prayer for the teens, the past and current leaders, and the opportunities that may present themselves at a later date.

With their leaving, we will be taking a few weeks off to restructure, and see how the Lord provides for our leadership team moving forward.
