🍂 Hello, September! Cooler evenings, golden light, music by the river, and the first hints of fall — September is a pretty great time to be in Anderson.
Enjoy an evening outdoors at Sunset River Jam, with concerts happening Wednesday nights through September 23, or take a walk along the trails at Anderson River Park as summer slowly begins to give way to fall.
📚 Fall in love with the Anderson Library’s new hours!
Starting September 1, the library is now open Tuesday–Saturday, 10 a.m.–6 p.m. That means more weekend time to grab your next read, bring the whole family, explore the library, and make it part of your Saturday plans. For the little ones, Storytime is every Thursday at 3:30 p.m.
There’s plenty happening at the Frontier Senior Center this month, too! From a genealogy class to a community breakfast and other activities throughout September, it’s a great place to learn something new, connect with others, and spend time in community.
