Reminder:
ANA YMCA will be performing annual maintenance on its pools.

Lap Pool closing Friday, 8/23 @ 9p.
Expected to reopen Monday, 9/9.

Entire Family Pool area closing Saturday, 8/24 @ 1p.
Expected to reopen Monday, 9/9.

The Lawrence YMCA pool is available for lap swimming. Please see the schedule for open hours.

Also, the Burbank YMCA in Reading is also currently undergoing maintenance on its pool and will be opening back up on September 3rd.

The Y’s indoor pools are the perfect place to swim laps, take lessons or splash around with family and friends. Certified lifeguards staff our pools and our swim lessons are taught by trained instructors. Check out our pool schedules for the most updated calendar of lap and open swim hours.

4x150 as 150 no fr IM, 150 CH, 150 no fr Reverse IM, 150 Fr
4x100 as above
8x50 Odds IMO, Evens Fr EZ

fr-Freestyle, bk- Backstroke, br- Breastroke, fl- Butterfly,
IMO-Individual Medley Order (fl,bk,br,fr),
Desc-descend(get faster with each repeat)
Build - get faster within each swim
BP - Breathing Pattern
K - Kick, Dr - Drill, Sw - Swim
Fast, EZ - easy
CH - Choice of stroke
Pull - Swim with a buoy between your thighs
Drills - HU-Head Up, CU-Catch Up, RA-Right Arm, LA-Left Arm,FT-Fingertip, Fst-Fist, NS-No Salute
Times given for repeats are given for fastest lane to slowest lane
