Who speaks for rural Kansas?

Today, every member of the Kansas Supreme Court came to the bench from the Topeka, Kansas City, or Lawrence legal communities. There isn’t a current justice serving from rural Kansas.

Our farmers, ranchers, and small-town communities deserve to know that their way of life is understood and represented—not just by people who have spent their careers in large metropolitan law firms.

A court that serves the entire state should reflect the entire state.

Vote YES to return accountability to our courts and give Kansans a direct voice in choosing our Supreme Court justices.

This week ….. what an honor to attend the National EMS Memorial event in Andover. This year the National EMS Moving Honors chose Butler County as one of their stops on their national tour to honor paramedic/FTO Justin Lauppe, who died in the line of duty serving our Butler County residents.
