has been serving people who have developmental and physical disabilities since 1991. Network staff partner with these individuals so that they may thrive as valued and respected members of the community. Network’s tailored services treat the individual as a whole person, addressing his or her physical, emotional, educational, and social needs. We teach everything from hygiene to financial literacy

. The individuals in our programs learn not only basic life skills, but how to live to their full potential and achieve their dreams.

It's Direct Support Professionals Appreciation Week! 🎉🎈

On Monday, Team IHS had their annual picnic at Quaddick State Park in Thompson! Our team member Kathy brought her co****le game, so they got to enjoy the beautiful weather with a little pre-dinner sporting event, lol.

As this week is Direct Support Professionals Appreciation Week, our wonderful IHS Manager Sheila presented staff with gift cards, thank you notes, and a heartfelt speech.

Even though 2 of her staff couldn't make it- Sheila did call both of them to let them know how valuable they are- not only to the individuals that they serve, but all of Network! Because she truly believes that teamwork makes the dream work ❤️

Our team member Jenn grew zucchini in her garden this year, so she and our friend Karen baked some zucchini bread at Karen's house!

It looks amazing- and Jenn tells us it smells even better 🥰

The other Friday, our team member Liza brought Charlie and Liz to the Brooklyn Fair!

They had a lot of fun seeing all the farm animals & equipment, trying all the different kinds of foods & games- and Liz even had some henna art done on her leg!
