All of us at the Andover Community Food Bank wish the Andover community a very Merry Christmas! We thank you for the amazing support this year so that we may provide food security to our neighbors. We look forward to serving the community in 2026!

SPECIAL NOTE: The Food Bank will be closed December 22, 2025 - January 3, 2026. We will be back open on Tuesday, January 6, 2026 from 10 am - 1pm

Wow! What a month we have had and we are so THANKFUL! We have the most amazing community who have stepped up to fill our shelves!
A special thank you to:
Robert Martin Elementary School for collecting and donating 4500 items.
Andover Central Middle School for collecting and donating 2575 items.
St. Vincent de Paul Society for collecting 690 pounds of hygiene items.
USD 385 - Andover Middle School for collecting and donating 7000 items and,
Cottonwood Elementary for collecting and donating 1645 items.
All of these are in addition to the generous personal donations and financial donations from individuals.
The shelves look amazing and will get us through February.
We are so blessed at the Andover Community Food Bank to be supported by the incredible Andover Community!

Be sure to stop by the Andover Dillons today (Saturday) and support Biy Scout Pack 584 to collect food items for the Food Bank Warehouse. The food items will be delivered to our local Andover Community Food Bank to support the Andover community. Thanks Pack 584 for your support!

April showers need ... soap!
In addition to food, the Andover Community Food Bank also provides soap and hygiene products for our clients to choose from. Currently, we have no products to offer. So, we are having a Soap Drive for the month of May and we have set our goal high!

We want to collect:
- 100 bottles of shampoo
- 100 bottles of conditioner
- 100 bottles of body was (we have plenty of bar soap)
- 100 bottles of dish soap
- 100 bottles of laundry soap

Sounds like alot, but we serve over 50 families a month, so 500 items will last us 2-3 months! We are asking the community to help us reach our goal.

Items can be dropped off at the Andover Community Food Bank from 10 am - 1 pm on Tuesdays and 3-6 pm on Wednesdays. The food bank is located on the West side of the Andover Methodist Church, 1429 N. Andover Road. If you have any questions or need your items picked up, do not hesitate to call!

Hello neighbors! Tomorrow, Saturday March 29, Boy Scout Packs 533 and 1533 will be collecting food items at the Andover Dillons Store at both entrances. Come by and say “Hi” and help support our community with your donations. Items our Food Bank is still in need of are:

A special thank you to Sunflower Elementary. During their recent cereal collection, they were able to donate 284 pounds of cereal to the Andover Community Food Bank! You all are awesome! Thank you for supporting our community.

The weather is not going to be any better tomorrow so we are going to stay closed again. We want everyone to stay home and stay safe and warm. Come and see us next week. Stay safe every one!

Since they are advising folks to stay inside and out of the incredibly cold temperatures tomorrow, the Food Bank will be closed Tuesday, February 18 from 10 am - 1pm. We will be back open on Wednesday from 3-6pm (barring any other weather related issues). Thank you for understanding. Stay safe and warm!
