This was a fun group and the capstone challenge got tense!! Despite the late post, I distinctly remember the interesting conversations with varying perspectives which made for a winning week. They came to discuss, not debate (mostly) and left with actionable plans to grow their teams and missions. Thanks NCOF500 for all the energy ‼️‼️

Photo scrub IDd a few classes we forgot to share. Every Foundations class is important because we don’t just learn from the instructors, but we learn from each other! Peer mentorship & cross talk is the key to a great course. Thanks to our 25-B SNCOF 700, we started this year off right and have been on a roll ever since 🎉
