Exceptional Family Member Program Joint Base Andrews EFMP-FS provides assistance to military family members with exceptional medical or educational need.

The mission of the Exceptional Family Member-Family Support (EFMP-FS) is to ensure a continuum of care ands support is available to Air Force Families. By identifying families with exceptional needs and maximizing resources and supports, the quality of life for Air Force families are enhanced while meeting the mission of the Air Force.
