The new Wendy's is making great progress and will open sometime in November!
Retail businesses such as Wendy's build the base of our sales tax and enhance the quality of life in Andrews. These small wins for Andrews, over time will be the base for bigger wins in the future.

On May 24, 2022, Andrews EDC was awarded a $1.5 million grant for the infrastructure of Northwest Business Park! This will provide opportunities for business growth and bring new jobs to Andrews.

Last night City Council approved an AEDC performance agreement with Leeco Energy and Investments, Inc.
Leeco will install the infrastructure (streets, sewer, and water) for 120 single family residential lots in NW Andrews. Entry level homes will be built on these lots, and this will help provide opportunities to expand our workforce.
