🚒🚔 GUNS N’ HOSES! 🚑🚓

The only game where the cops and firefighters settle things on the field instead of at the scene!🚨

Lots of friendly trash talk, questionable athletic ability, and enough competition to make you think someone’s overtime pay depends on the final score! 🥎

At the end of the day, these heroes protect our community… but today, they’re protecting their bragging rights! 🏆

May the best crew win 🚔🚒🚑

🚨 YOUR COMMUNITY NEEDS YOU! 🚨

When disaster strikes, trained volunteers can make all the difference. The American Red Cross is hosting a Disaster Action Team (DAT) Training Academy at the Andrews Fire Station—and you can learn how to help local families when they need it most.

📅 October 24–25, 2026
⏰ 1:00–5:00 PM each day
📍 Andrews Fire Station
105 Commerce Dr., Andrews, TX

During the training, you’ll learn how to:

✅ Respond to local disasters
✅ Conduct damage assessments
✅ Support individuals and families affected by house fires
✅ Provide emergency financial assistance

Participants are encouraged to attend both days, but you may register for Part 1 if you’re unable to attend the full academy.

🚒🔥 FIRE PREVENTION WEEK AT CLEARFORK ELEMENTARY! 🔥🚒

On Wednesday, members of the Andrews Volunteer Fire Department had the pleasure of visiting Clearfork Elementary School to talk with students about the importance of fire prevention and safety!

Our firefighters enjoyed spending time with the kids, teaching them about fire safety, what to do in an emergency, and how they can help prevent fires at home and at school.

A huge THANK YOU to AISD and Clearfork Elementary, the teachers, and staff for welcoming us! We always enjoy the opportunity to interact with our community and inspire the next generation of firefighters!
