Tropical Storm Edouard update from the National Hurricane Center.

TS Edouard is expected to make landfall near Sabine Pass early this afternoon. Brazoria County remains in a Flood Watch through Wednesday morning. Stay Weather Aware

Tropical Storm Edouard.

And with that, we have the 5th named storm of the Atlantic Hurricane Season. NHC has upgraded TD 5 to Tropical Storm . Max sustained winds are 40 mph. The primary threat is heavy rainfall leading to flash flooding along and east of I-45 throughout Tuesday.
