This office conducts all elections for Brazoria County in accordance with the Texas Election Code and the Office of the Secretary of State.

Today is the Day! The Primary Runoff Election is underway until 7PM. Come out and cast your vote. Everyone has something to vote on. For a list of polling sites, go to our website-https://www.brazoriacountyclerktx.gov/departments/elections/polling-places-election-day. You can also call our office at 979-864-1662.

Due to legislative changes, beginning January 1, 2026, all persons presenting a document for filing (in person) into the real property records of Brazoria County, are required to provide a photo ID to the Clerk.  Texas Local Government Code §191.010

Hello Brazoria County Voters! Early voting is underway for the following: the Constitutional Amendment, the Angleton ISD Bond Election, the City of Hillcrest Special Election, and the Special Election for the City of Freeport. Come out to vote- Polling locations are open Thursday, October 30, and Friday, October 31, from 7 am to 7 pm.
Election Day is Tuesday, November 4, 2025 (7 am-7pm)
