🚨 SCAM ALERT – Jury Duty Phone Calls 🚨

Please be aware of scam calls circulating in our community regarding jury service.

The Brazoria County District Clerk’s Office will never call or text you demanding payment, requesting personal or banking information, threatening arrest or asking you to take immediate action related to jury duty.

If you receive a suspicious call, do not provide any personal information and do not send money.

Our office will return phone calls or emails if you have previously contacted us and left a message.

If you have questions about a jury summons or jury service, please contact the Brazoria County District Clerk’s Office directly at 979-864-2299.

Please help us spread the word by sharing this post to protect others from becoming victims of these scams.

Today, members of the Brazoria County District Clerk’s Office had the honor of attending the Child Abuse Awareness Month Pinwheel Ceremony hosted by the Brazoria County Child Welfare Board.

This meaningful event serves as a powerful reminder of our shared responsibility to protect the most vulnerable members of our community,our children. There were 534 confirmed victims of abuse/neglect and 0 child fatality for the year 2025.

We are proud to stand alongside organizations and community partners who work tirelessly to advocate for and support children and families across Brazoria County.
