For Immediate Release:

Steuben County Highway will be performing road work as follows the week of October 25th,2026:

Monday, October 26th – County Highway will be replacing a culvert on Old 27 between CR 800 S and CR 700 S. The road will be closed to through traffic between the hours of 8 am and 3 pm. Local Traffic can Detour the closure by taking CR 800 S west to CR 200 / 225 W north to CR 700 S then east back to Old 27.

Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, October 27th, 28th and 30th – County Highway will be pulling Berm on the following Roads. Local Traffic will be maintained by Flaggers.

CR 425 W from US 20 to 50 N

100 S from LaGrange County CR 600 W

CR 250 S from SR 327 to CR 600 W

CR 700 S from SR 327 to CR CR 800 W

CR 575 W from Town of Hudson to CR 700 S

CR 700 S from I-69 to Old 27

Steuben County Highway and Contractors will be performing road work as follows on Friday October 23rd,2026:


Contractors will be clearing trees at CR 100 N and CR 200 W, traffic will be maintained by Flaggers.


County Highway will be performing road grading and leveling on CR 1000 E from CR K to CR L. The road will be closed to through traffic between the hours of 8am and 3 pm.

Steuben County Highway will be performing road work as follows for the week of October 4th,2026:

Monday, October 5th through Tuesday, October 6th – County Highway will be replacing a road culvert and enclosing a roadside ditch with pipe on CR 200 N between CR 475 E and CR 550 E. The road will be closed daily between the hours of 8 am and 3 pm.

Friday, October 9th – County Highway will be performing road grading and leveling on CR 1000 E from CR 525 S to a half mile North. The road will be closed to through traffic between the hours of 8 am and 3 pm.

Monday, September 28th through Friday, October 2nd – County Highway will be replacing a road culvert and enclosing a roadside ditch with pipe on CR 200 N between CR 475 E and CR 550 E. The road will be closed daily between the hours of 8 am and 3 pm.


Monday, September 28th – County Highway will be performing Asphalt Patching on South Lake Gage Drive. The road will be closed to through traffic between the hours of 8 am and 3 pm.

Monday, September 21st through Friday, September 25th – County Highway will be replacing a road culvert and enclosing a roadside ditch with pipe on CR 200 N between CR 475 E and CR 550 E. The road will be closed daily between the hours of 8 am and 3 pm.

For Immediate Release:

Steuben County Highway will be performing road work as follows on Thursday, 9/17 through Friday 9/18:

Orland Road between Sycamore Beech Road and CR 300 W. County Highway will be closing the road between the hours of 8 am and 3 pm to brush along the roadway.

CR 450 W between Binkley Road and Bachelor Road. County Highway will be closing the road for 3 hours to install an Asphalt patch between the hours of 8 am and 3 pm.

Mallard Court at Binkley Road. County Highway will be closing the road for 3 hours to install an asphalt patch between the hours of 8 am and 3 pm.

North & South Lake Gage Drives. County Highway will be closing the road between the hours of 8 am and 3 pm to perform asphalt patching.
