EXTENDED OFFICE HOURS THROUGH ELECTION DAY

We’re excited to announce that our Ankeny Area Democrats office is expanding its hours for the two months leading up to the election!

Our new hours:

Monday: 10 AM-4 PM
Tuesday: 10 AM-6 PM
Wednesday: 10 AM-4 PM
Thursday: 10 AM-6 PM
Friday: 10 AM-4 PM
Saturday: 10 AM-1 PM

We hope these expanded hours make it easier for more people in our community to connect with us, get involved, and find a place to belong.

A huge thank you to our amazing volunteers who make these expanded hours possible. Your time, energy, and commitment allow us to keep our doors open and create a welcoming space for our community.

And remember, the office is for everyone. Stop by during office hours to volunteer, get an ABR, pick up a yard sign, ask a question, or simply spend some time with like-minded people in your community.

What a great day at the Polk County Steak Fry! 💙

It was wonderful to see so many Ankeny Area Democrats in the crowd, connecting with fellow Democrats from across Polk County and around Iowa.

We left feeling energized by the message we heard throughout the day: Iowa needs change, and Iowans are ready for solutions that bring people together and move our state forward.

It’s time for change, and Iowans know it. We have two months to make it happen, and it’s going to take all of us.

A big thank you to the Polk County Democrats for putting on such a great event and bringing our Democratic community together. We’re grateful to be part of it! 💙

Our Ankeny Area Democrat office will be closed on Saturday, August 29 as our volunteer office workers will be at the Polk County State Fry.

Coffee & Conversations is that place for us. It’s a casual gathering of people who care about our community and our country and want a place to talk, listen, meet new people, and build relationships together.

September 3 | 9:30–11:30 AM | Ankeny Public Library, Meeting Room C, First Floor

Through our Neighbor to Neighbor program, AAD volunteers connect with voters in their neighborhoods and deliver candidate literature so voters can learn more about the Democratic candidates on their ballot. Have you received your bag at your doorstep yet?
