Last week Thursday, on August 20th, WA3 was invited to the grand re-opening of Newport Woods! An Essential Property Management property in Newport, Michigan.

It was a beautiful day and it was a great chance to see all the effort that has gone into the renovation of a property that hasn’t seen any updates for over 15+ years. Major shout out to the Essential PM team, and property manager Marchelle Freeman who has knocked out years of work within a year! They’ve renovated over 80% of the community and wrapping up all renovations by the end of this year. And with all this hard work, Newport Woods has entered Property Management Association of Michigan’s in hopes of bringing home ‘Renovated Community of the Year’.

NAA’s ( National Apartment Association ) officially ended a week ago today and like we stated earlier in our recap, you’d hear from members and first-timers, Corinne and Kendall, of Wilson-White Company on their experience!

This conference really does a great job showing the magnitude and reach of property management, from the folks who work in it to our supplier partners who help support it.
