National Work Zone Safety Awareness Week - April 20-24, 2026
This week is National Work Zone Awareness Week, so we’d like to highlight the dangers of inattention at highway work areas, not only for the sake of the workers in those zones, but for the sake of the drivers themselves!

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration reported 898 vehicle-related fatalities in workzones in 2023, with the vast majority of victims being drivers. So next time you’re driving near or through a workzone, slow down, pay attention to the signage around you, and focus on driving safely so you can give those workers a “brake”!
