The first 2017 meeting of the Baltimore City Delegation will be held Friday, January 13th in the Baltimore City Delegation Room, Lowe House Office Bldg. Annapolis, MD.
Our only guest will be Baltimore City Police Commissioner Kevin Davis who will discuss the recent consent degree entered into by the City of Baltimore and the Department of Justice, as well as the recent report issued by the Baltimore City Police on recruitment, hiring and community policing.
