I am Cheryl Miller, a lifelong Democrat who believes in making government work for all citizens. As a Delegate to the Democratic National Convention I was privileged to cast a vote to nominate Barack Obama as President. I continue to donate my time and resources to elect officials who put people first by embracing core Democratic values. After growing up in the west-county enclave of Matthewstown,

I graduated from Anne Arundel County public schools and earned my BA in Political Science from Lycoming College. I worked as a public policy associate and later in sales of healthcare and financial services products. I am now a “work-from-home Mom” partnering with my husband in investment and management of commercial real estate. This has given me a real sense of the risks and rewards of being an entrepreneur, while affording me more flexibility to give back to the community and nurture my own family. I listen to people, value diversity, and work to build consensus to solve problems that improve lives. Thank you for your support.
