Exciting changes for Anniston Morning Club are in the works. We are ditching the "morning" meetings in favor of an after hours meeting. You can find us at Classic on Noble's Green Olive at 5:00 pm Thursdays. If you've considered being a part of a civic club making a difference in the community, this is the club for you!

April LaFollette, the Director of Interfaith Ministries, was our guest Yesterday morning. She told us about her ministry as it deals with the Coronavirus pandemic. She works with the homeless and helps during this time of need. Interfaith provides a community for these unfortunate individuals with phones, computers, a mailing address, showers and sleeping arrangements. She also provides meals for them at night and weekends. Last week Interfaith provided 47 individuals with shelter at local hotels. Not all were homeless. Some families, who had lost their homes, were also helped.

Frost made an impression with his appearance at Anniston Morning Rotary Club today. He showed off his training and skills in detecting concealed fi****ms. Next week he heads to Indiana where he will work at a school that had a shooting in recent years. Thanks to Margaret Trudrung and Jessica Fleming, Co-Directors of Canine Training and Performance at K9 V***r Wake at McClellan for presenting the program. Dogs trained here are sent around the world to work special events as well as daily use trying to keep us safe. Some of the dogs are trained to sniff out explosives while others are trained to find drugs or fi****ms.
