Members from the PA Department of Military and Veterans Affairs along with members of the National Guard Joint Force Headquarters assist in conducting mock interviews for the cadets.
Mock interviews help Cadets build confidence, professionalism, and communication skills for their future careers and opportunities. Through practice and constructive feedback, Cadets gained valuable experience in presenting themselves, answering interview questions, and preparing for real-world success. We are proud of the effort and professionalism they demonstrated through the event!

A special thank you to everyone who volunteered their time to conduct interviews and mentor our Cadets!

They all had a great time, except Mother Nature did play havoc on a flight or two limiting to only a few turns, flight times. But they all had the chance to fly.
