The Anoka Aquatic Center offers the following attractions:
200' waterslide
1-diving board
Large climbing wall
Adventure walk
Zero-depth entry
Huge shallow play area
Large bucket that dumps water into pool
Slide for youth under 42" tall
Waterplay structure with sprays and fountains
Large concession stand
Sand volleyball court
4 large shade umbrellas
Over 200 lounge chairs
Picnic area and playground

Even though this season was not what we wanted with the slide and play structures not allowed to be turned on, we still had a fun and hot summer.
The compliance issue with the grates at the bottom of the slide is planned to be constructed this fall with weather permitting. This will allow the features to run in 2027.

Again, we thank you for joining us this summer and sticking with us! Have a wonderful off season and we look forward to seeing you again in 2027.

The slide and play features at the Aquatic Center will remain closed for the rest of the season due to required safety updates.

A long‑term fix is being designed now, with construction planned for this fall. All amenities are expected to return for the 2027 season.

We will be closed due to the rain and low temperatures today.

We will reopen tomorrow, August 1, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. for Sensory Swim from 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m., then regular Open Swim starting at noon.

Have young swimmers ready to try Lifeguarding? The Red Cross Junior Lifeguarding Class is the perfect class to gain experience.
Participants will the basic responsibilities, knowledge, and life saving skills required to be a lifeguard.

Class runs Friday July 17, 20 - 24 from 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. rain or shine.
