In a program with 1,800 providers, fewer than 5% were flagged for fraud.
Yet the response isn’t to address those few—it’s to put the entire system on the chopping block.

Investigators came in with one goal: find fraud.
Not truth.
Not balance.
Not the good being done every single day for thousands of vulnerable people.

By relying on data-mining shortcuts and skipping proper verification, they found exactly what they went looking for—
and ignored the 95% of providers who are in compliance.

The real headline?
This is not just a fraud probe.
It’s a calculated step toward dismantling an entire program without just cause—
and the collateral damage will be measured in human lives, not numbers.

🗣We want to make it very clear:👀
Our Housing Stabilization company is not a part of the fraud happening in the state of Minnesota. We are a fully approved provider through DHS, and we have always operated with integrity and transparency.
🫵That’s why this Thursday, August 7th at 9:30 AM, we will be at the State Capitol to stand up against the push to shut this vital program down.
This decision—driven by DHS and the Governor’s failure to properly vet and remove bad actors—is punishing providers like us who are doing things the right way. It threatens to dismantle services our clients depend on and jobs our employees rely on.
❤️We refuse to be silenced. We refuse to be lumped in with those who committed fraud while the state looked the other way. We’re showing up, and we hope others will too. This program matters. Our clients matter. Our employees matter.
