📦 The wait is finally over!

Twenty-five years ago, community members came together to build a new library for Anson. During the dedication of the new building in 2001, a time capsule was sealed with instructions to open it 25 years later. That day has arrived!

Join us as we celebrate 25 years of service to the Anson community and open the 2001 Time Capsule, featuring personal notes, historical records, and documents preserved by local students.

Summer Reading Program participants will also help create a new time capsule, preserving a snapshot of life in 2026 for future generations to discover.
