📚 We wrapped up the 2025 Summer Reading Program last week—and what a summer it was! We kicked off with 27 young readers and had a steady group of 17 (though not always the same 17!) joining us each week.

Huge thanks to volunteers Barbara Shaw and Jasmine Rodriguez for making it all possible. Despite a few challenges—no conference room access, soaring temps, and some pesky mosquitoes—we had a blast reading, learning, and growing together.

Jasmine will lead next year’s program with support from Kelli Maberry and the FRED program (Families Reading Every Day). Please join us in showing our appreciation to Barbara for leading the program for over a decade! While Barbara will be stepping back a bit, she’ll still be around to lend a hand—and cheer on our next generation of readers.
