Join us for Sounds of Appalachia, an evening in the park celebrating Appalachian history and culture! Taking place at the Cliffside Amphitheatre within New River Gorge National Park and Preserve on June 30th, from 7:00pm to 9:30pm, for interpretive talks, living history presentations, and live music. This special event, marking the nation’s 250th anniversary, provides an opportunity to connect with Appalachia’s part in the story of the nation. Sounds of Appalachia is free for all and presented in partnership with Friends of the New River Gorge National Park and Preserve and Theatre West Virginia.
