Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for transporting passengers, luggage, other items from the origin place to the specified destination.
Responsible for collecting fare from the passengers as per the norms or regulations of the fare chart or the fare meter.
Responsible for helping out passengers with heavy load or luggage.
Responsible for the safety of the taxi as well as that of the passengers in the taxi.
Responsible for following all the traffic rules and regulations while driving the taxi.
Responsible for keeping the taxi neat and clean at all times.
Responsible for the maintenance and repair of the taxi on a regular basis. Meaning reporting any damages. If it’s due for oil change,at the shop know so regular services can be kept.
Responsible for leaving the taxi at the taxi station or terminal after each days work.
Responsible for keeping a log of the number of passengers in a day along with details such as the routes taken, fares charged from each passengers etc…
Requires a clean five year driving record, meaning no DUI’s, No Reckless driving, No Speeding. No Suspensions with in the last five years.
All drivers have to be at least 25 years of age, to be aproved on the insurance.
All drivers are considered independent contractors and are required to have a valid Business license.
All drivers Most pass a drug test, & could be subject to random drug test later on.
We provide you with all the tool’s ( vehicle, phone, phone holder device for car, phone charger, paper, pen, clip board & on site training) only thing we don’t is, a hands free device, to pair with company phone. Each driver is required to get one of these at some point.
