Warning signs can include:
• Heavy sweating
• Muscle cramps
• Dizziness or fainting
• Headache
• Nausea or vomiting

• Confusion

Stay safe by drinking plenty of water, wearing lightweight clothing, taking breaks in the shade or air conditioning, and never leaving children or pets in a vehicle.
