I’m truly honored and grateful to have the support and endorsement of my friend and fellow colleague on the Village Board, Rebecca McNeill.

Serving alongside someone gives them a firsthand look at how you approach challenges, work with others, and serve the community. That makes this endorsement especially meaningful to me.

“I have had the privilege of serving on the Antioch Village Board with Jose Martinez, and I am proud to support him as our next County Board representative.

When faced with difficult issues, Jose doesn’t simply make decisions. He takes the time to listen, collaborate, and engage in meaningful conversation with fellow board members, staff, constituents, and stakeholders to ensure the best decisions are made for our community.

Jose truly listens to people, and it is clear that he has the best interests of our community at heart. His involvement extends well beyond his role on the Village Board, giving him a genuine pulse on the needs, concerns, and hopes of the people he serves.

Jose is thoughtful, approachable, and easy to work with, and I know he will bring those same qualities to the County Board. I am proud to support Jose and look forward to seeing him continue working to move Lake County forward in a thoughtful and positive direction. “

Thank you, Rebecca, for your friendship, trust, and confidence. I am humbled by your kind words and proud of the work we have accomplished together. I look forward to continuing to serve our residents and working hard to earn the support of the people of Lake County.

Thank you, Brent Bluthardt for your kind words and endorsement!

In a time when people feel political pressure to pick a side, I'm thankful for friendships like ours. We've had different perspectives, tough conversations, and more than a few debates, but we've never let those differences get in the way of our respect for each other or our shared commitment to the residents.

Your endorsement means a lot to me. It's a reminder that good leadership isn't about agreeing on everything. It's about listening, respecting different perspectives, finding common ground, and working together to move our community forward.

Thank you for your friendship and your support. Let's keep moving forward together!
