Wednesday evening was a busy one for Antwerp Fire Dept. We initially had two calls with one being a tree on a residence with a person trapped inside. The responding engine was delayed by a tree across the road, so we had Philadelphia Fire Dept take that call. We ended up responding to six calls due to the storm with crews on both engines and the brush truck. Many thanks to Town Of Antwerp whose workers were out with the loader and additional chainsaws to clear trees and debris.
