Folks our Memorial Holiday Hours. Thursday May 21st is a little strange... but it's us.. sooo

Monday May 18th : 9-5
Tuesday May 19th: 9-5
Wednesday May 20th: 9-5
Thursday May 21st: normal notary service 9am to 11am.
Registrations non notary services 11am to 3pm.
Normal notary services 3pm - 5pm.
Friday May 22nd- Monday May 25th: Closed

I forgot that the Holiday was not the last weekend of the month and have an offsite appointment for the Insurance side McCoy Jones Insurance LLC.

I would say that I need to be more than one person but that would scare you if there was more than one of me.. now if was Susie 😂

It's Friday.

Folks.. not to preach.. Just remember when you're buying out of state you need a notarized bill of sale. Ask for a picture of the front and back of the title. "R" branded = enhanced inspection. If the seller doesn't match the name on the title.. walk away. No title.. walk away. Someone somewhere is gonna make their problem yours.

Good Morning!

Folks I sat down last night when I got home and woke up at 2 am with the puppers looking at me like WTH?

Busy week.. my bank app crashed yesterday.. forgot the office garbage ...the mail has to out...but my favorite coffee The Coffin Bean & Co. is in town today so it's a win coming to the office and FNB!

Lots to do around town and the surrounding areas so don't let this weather hold ya back!

It's a beautiful Friday!

People are out in full force driving around and enjoying the day..

Folks.. yesterday as we were leaving the office my assistant Susie (the nice one),her pupper Chloe and I were standing in a parking spot in front of the office waiting for Susie and Chloe to cross the street....when a mema in a Green Subaru Cross Treck came within an inch of sideswiping us. Mema was not paying attention and turning way to fast out of the alley onto 1st St.

There may or may not have been a few hand gestures and perhaps a finger or two in addition to my yelling. You know me soooo...

Folks.. as a pedestrian and a business owner I want everyone to be safe. Lately that has not been the case.

I absolutely appreciate all of you who stop and wave people to cross to the parking lot.. and allowing me to take the pictures I need of vehicles..you rock!

Can we slow it down a bit and for the love of all things holy stop making a left hand turn out of the plaza?

Folks.... our social media director is in the wind again. (She is me)..

I missed last week as Mullet and I were riding in a tow truck to the dealership. She had a hose clamp fail...good times.

You all know we're really good at "fixing stuff"... this week no exception. I can't remember the last time I sent a pile of paperwork as tall as I just sent out this week.

If you're buying anything out of state you have to have a NOTARIZED bill of sale.. title as well if that statement requires it. Most state DOT forms say it right at the top in bold letters. Not a suggestion.

If you have question.. call first. Tip of the day.. if the title is not in the sellers name...WALK AWAY!

The cost of "fixing" things is expensive.. let's try to get it right the first time..

Speaking of expensive.. Can we talk about how crazy expensive pet food has gotten??

A good customer and I'd say friend is part of a rescue organization that does all kinds of fun stuff I didn't even know they provided.
