The NVFC is excited to launch the new NVFC Hands-On: Regional Training Series, bringing free, in-person training opportunities directly to volunteer fire and EMS responders across the country! 🚒

Our first stop is Wayne County, OH, on July 11-12 at the Wayne County Regional Training Facility in Apple Creek, OH.

This free two-day event features practical courses focused on leadership, training development, firefighter health, and building stronger volunteer departments.

The Spring 2026 EMT is complete! All 14 students passed their comprehensive cognitive exam and passed their skills exam on Saturday. They are ready to take the last step before becoming EMTs, which is the National Registry exam. Good luck!

Brandon Smith's Firefighter 2 Transition students had a week packed full of hands-on training! They practiced bail-out techniques with a ladder & charged line, the Denver Drill, VEIS, and more.
