In the November 2026 election, there will be a proposed Constitutional amendment to the Permanent School Fund on the ballot in Minnesota. The proposed constitutional amendment asks voters whether to increase the distribution of the Permanent School Fund to 4.5% of the fund's three-year rolling average market value. Passing this measure would not increase state income taxes or local property taxes.
