🥋UPCOMING SCREENING�📆 Thursday, September 3 at 7:00 PM�📍 Cottage Grove National Karate

The first screening for the December Black Belt Exam is this Thursday for all double black stripes candidates.

🇺🇸LABOR DAY CLOSURE �AVNK will be CLOSED Friday 9/4 - Monday 9/7 for Labor Day. Enjoy the long weekend! ❤️🤍💙

❗️UNIFORM REMINDER
Starting after Labor Day, full uniforms are required for class. You may still wear a karate t-shirt for sparring classes �
☀️ SUMMER GOALS PARTY�📆 Saturday, September 12
Students who completed their Summer Goals will be invited to our End of Summer Celebration! 🎉 See Mrs. G for your formal invitation.

🥋MONTHLY EXAM�📆 Saturday, September 26
⏰ 10:45 am for our beginner and intermediate belts (gold-blue belts)
⏰11:45 am for our advanced and black belts. Sparring gear required.

⚠️ All classes after 11:45 am will be canceled due to testing

It's time to start getting ready for Diamond Nationals! Parents, feel free to stop by the office and see Mrs. or Mr. G with any questions or if you need help getting signed up.

Congratulations to everyone who promoted at our monthly exam last night! 🎉

Our advanced belt and black belt testers stayed after to finish their exam, so they are not pictured here… but they were DEFINITELY apart of the action 💪
